Can I change my plan later?
Absolutely. You can upgrade your plan at any time from your dashboard, Pro-rated charges will apply to upgrades. Downgrades can be submitted at any time but the downgrade will take place at the end of the billing cycle.
What counts as a "domain"?
Each unique root domain (e.g., mysite.com) counts as one domain. Subdomains are not included for free under their parent domain. If you are monitoring sites on behalf of clients, what that looks like in practice is worth reading before you pick a tier.
Where Do I Use the Pro Options?
We have a portal where you can access all the tools, on-demand reports, scheduled reports, client reports, account management, and more. The same free testing tools you have already used are in there, alongside your stored history.
Is there a long-term contract?
