What Actually Happens When Someone Uses It
When a visitor types in a domain and hits submit, that request goes straight to Enterramon's own servers, not yours. The test runs there, the result comes back tied to a random ID, not anything identifying the visitor. We log the IP address that made the request, purely to keep the free tier from getting hammered by scripts, and nothing else about the visitor unless they choose to type in an email address to get a PDF copy of their report.
We do keep a record of which domain the widget was embedded on and, if you're an affiliate, which affiliate code sent the test. That's how commission gets attributed. Nothing about your own visitors gets shared back to you beyond what you'd see in your own site analytics anyway.
Questions
Will this slow down my page?
The script loads with async, so it doesn't block anything else on
your page from rendering. It's one small JS file and one CSS file, both cached after the
first visitor loads them.
Can I add more than one to the same page?
Yes. Drop the div-and-script pair as many times as you want on one page, with whatever theme or layout each one needs. One script load handles all of them.
Does it work on mobile?
It's responsive by default and resizes down to fit whatever container it's in.
What happens if someone types in a domain that doesn't exist?
They get a plain error message with a retry option, no broken state, no console errors bleeding into your page.
Do I need to install anything or create an account?
No. The plain version is copy, paste, done. An account only comes into it if you want the affiliate version.
